Though PPW Trading is a relatively new company we have many decades of experience within the construction industry throughout the UK and Europe.

Our company is based in Lincolnshire although we supply buildings to Nationwide UK. PPW Trading’s workshop based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire is used to store and refurbish our stock of new and used modular and portable buildings. We also have an office based near Habrough, North East Lincolnshire.

All of our new and used modular and portable buildings can be supplied as is, painted to your desired colour or refurbished inside and out to your requirements. A wide range of exterior finishes are available including brick slip, steel clad, PVC timber effect cladding and natural wood. You can choose a roofing style including pitched, flat or steel, and select from a diverse selection of external fascia’s and window styles. This means your modular or portable building can fit seamlessly in with your existing building’s style. The interior of the building will be fully fitted with any lighting, heating, partitioning and plumbing you require during the refurbishment process.

Modular buildings are sectional structures which arrive on site and are then secured together to create your finished build. Portable buildings are self contained single buildings that arrive on site, and once sited can be immediately used. Modular and portable buildings provide a safe & comfortable working environment for you and your workers in any location. Modular and portable buildings are high quality buildings and are delivered to the site for immediate use, from single portable buildings to linked modular buildings which include toilets, a kitchen and a office/work area.
